At Saint Bernard, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible high-performance apparel and equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely seal the box before affixing the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
